Information in Pregnancy

Planning to get pregnant or finding out that you are pregnant is the beginning of thinking about how you will care for yourself and the baby growing inside you.

This is the time to start developing a special relationship with your baby. Stroking and holding your bump, taking time to think about your baby, talking and singing are all ways you can develop this. Remember that by including your partner and other family members it can help them get to know your baby.  These also help develop the baby's brain.                                                                                                                                 Having a healthy diet during pregnancy is important not just your own health but for the growth and development of every cell, tissue and organ of your developing baby.
